Moda will not accept returns of defective or incorrect merchandise without a valid return authorization number.  All return authorization numbers must be clearly indicated on the box when returned.  A copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the returned merchandise.  A 15% restocking fee + freight will be charged on unauthorized returns or refused orders.
